MBBS Admission Criteria For Medical Institutes in UAE

MBBS Admission Criteria
Medical science is rapidly growing and every day there is a new invention in it. It’s not so old that typhoid was use to cure in almost a month but now in seven days typhoid is cured completely. This is all because of the advancement in the medical research. New medicines are now available and innovative methods of treatment are now being practiced. Traditionally via self-research people use to get medical education but now things are totally different, there are many good medical institutions which teach high quality theoretical and practical education.

The medical education is generally called as MBBS in all over the world.MBBS is the abbreviation of Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery. It looks like that there are two degrees but they are taught as single. Normally this degree is of 5 years in most of the countries but in United states of America the duration is 7 years. First two years in America are called as foundation year, in these two years basic knowledge is delivered to the medical students.

In past Europe and America was famous for MBBS but now Golf states medical institutes are gaining popularity. Due to high tech education UAE has established a prominent place in the world of medical and health care sciences. There are many MBBS colleges in UAE like Dubai medical college. This college has fully tech class rooms and labs. Advanced and latest medical courses are taught there.

MBBS admissions criteria is very strict and all medical institutions required least 80% marks in pre-medical studies. For international students TOFEL exam is obligatory and in that exam they should score 50% marks moreover student must pass their home country medical test. MBBS course in UAE are taught in English and Arabic both. But medium of education must be mentioned at the time of MBBS admissions. There are separate MBBS colleges in UAE for girls and those who don’t want to study in co-education can study over there. Like this religious values are preserved. For international students English proficiency is compulsory and this is judged during interview.

For some MBBS course in UAE proficient teachers are hired from different countries like USA. And students are also sent to other countries under the act of student exchange program. Due to this exchange program students get advanced knowledge which is not available in UAE. There are many private colleges are also present in Sharjah and Dubai. These colleges provide premium quality education and management of these colleges arrange trips of students to different hospitals so that they can directly communicate with patients. The fee of these colleges is very high but they provide scholarships to hardworking students.

Variety of scholarships are available like merit based, kingship and etc. these scholarships have some criteria once you fulfill that then you can get this.Real dead bodies are used for dissections and students can get the idea about working of each organ.Public universities are not expensive and they provide quality education but it’s difficult to enter in those colleges because thousands of students apply their and admission criteria becomes more strict. Education of medicine is not very cheap indeed it requires lot of funds and resources. Thus government of a particular country must arrange resources as all people can’t afford expensive students.Still there is a need of innovation and advancements in the medical sciences so that people can get better treatments. Doctors are the other name of angel and they must serve humanity with pure heart. These days’ doctors are busy in collecting money they must promote the humanity through their services.
